The institutional campaign to promote the Punti Digitale Facile (Easy Digital Points) has been launched

The campaign to promote the Punti Digitale Facile, a strategic initiative to encourage access to digital services and digital inclusion for all citizens, has been launched. The campaign was launched through a multi-channel diffusion that includes television commercials on Rai, Mediaset and regional broadcasters, radio commercials on national channels, billboards in the print press and a strong presence on social media. The face chosen as testimonial is that of Marco Camisani-Calzolari, populariser and expert in digital transformation.

The progress of the project, which is part of the actions of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR), is documented on the website of the Department for Digital Transformation, which coordinates the activities at a national level. There are already more than 2,800 Points active throughout the country [map here].

As Fondazione Mondo Digitale we are active in the Centres for Digital Facilitation in Rome. What role do they play in building a more equitable and inclusive society? In the article published in the magazine Agenda Digitale, the general manager Mirta Michilli explores the value of these spaces as environments for continuous learning, support for citizens and skills accelerators for all ages. In addition to bridging the digital divide, the centres represent an opportunity to strengthen social participation and offer concrete tools for greater autonomy, a crucial aspect in the era of digital transformation.

THE TV AD

‘The ad takes place in a familiar, everyday setting, like a café where you can drink a good coffee. This way we choose to emancipate the digital narrative from the classic representations linked to the world of computers or the web and give voice to a group of heterogeneous people (representing the possible users of the Points) sitting at the tables while jokingly interacting with the barman. To reach a wide and varied audience, the Department has chosen a competent and recognised communicator such as Marco Camisani Calzolari. A familiar face to all Italians, linked to the digital world and an ambassador for good web practices’.
