“Scholastic Integration and Second Generations” is the title of the fourth module held by Project “Più: Offices for Integration,” which is co-financed by the EU (EIF, Action 9 “Capacity Building" / Year 2013), to strengthen local and provincial governance.
The fourth module, which provides 12 lesson hours over three meetings (2-6 pm, Feb. 4 - 5 - 10), addresses the following issues:
• Second generations: definition and statistics
• Immigration policy and integration models
• Guidelines for orientation and integration of foreign students
• Equal opportunities and contrasting discrimination in school
• Intercultural dialogue and democratic co-existence: the commitment of schools
• Good practices and practices for daily integration in school
The lessons will be held by Valentina Di Cesare, cultural and linguistic mediator.
