The Rome Maker Faire Rome returns on December 1-3. And once again we’re waiting for you! Selections are underway to identify the best projects developed by schools. You have until October 20 to participate in the Call for Schools.
Maker Faire Rome - The European Edition 4.0 – is the largest European fair dedicated to innovation, creativity and know-how. The 2017 edition will provide a stage for the revolution taking place in all fields: Industry, School, Agriculture, Craftsmanship and Work.
The event, which will be held at the Fiera di Roma will be richer and more innovative than ever. Over 700 exhibitors from around the world will showcase their products and interact with the public during the three days dedicated to interactive education with robotics, digital manufacturing, Internet of Things, green tech, agricultural tech and much more.
Participating in the Rome Maker Faire will allow you to promote school projecs in an ideal context, in front of a vast and qualified international audience, composed of small, medium and large enterprises.
During the course of three days, the last edition attracted 110 thousand visitors, presented 649 maker projects selected from over 1200 candidatures from 60 countries and with 88 international industrial partners.
The Call for Schools is open to all EU secondary schools (students aged 14-18).
A jury will select the best ideas that will be admitted to the 5th edition of the Rome Maker Faire - The European Edition 4.0
