The competitions are spectacular: explorer robots in the Explorer category, wrestling robots in the Minisumo category, dancers in the Dance category and football players in the Soccer category…
The robots are programmed to carry out many different activities and this is not done by academics or scientists, but by students from around the world. This year, three teams (Italy, Greece and Germany/Austria) will compete in various disciplines at the Robotic Olympics.

The third edition of the International Robotics City of Rome Trophy will also feature two other events taking place in parallel. The most innovative projects created by schools will be showcased in the demonstration area. This year, this event will be dedicated to biomedical robotic applications. The international seminar, which is currently being finalized, will centre on the issue of “School and Robotics – An Evolving Relationship”
