RomeCup started as a multi-event (competitions, showcase area and workshops) and developed each area giving life to a truly extraordinary event, unique for novelties and new proposals.
The first challenge of the 11th edition (Rome, March 15-17) is to “accelerate” the future of young project designers by bringing their ideas and works to university and help them develop a professional and educational future in robotics.
In the video, Daniele Carnevale, an Automation Engineering Researcher at the University of Rome Tor Vergata Engineering Macro-area and “Academic Manager” for the RomeCup – Excellence in Robotics in Rome, explains how they developed the idea to host the 11th edition of the event.
Over the course of two days (March 15-16, the Engineering Macro-area will host a range of sessions, including: focused talks, labs, competitions, robot exhibitions, digital performances and a showcase area.
