The RoboCup 2014 Robotics World Championship, which is being held in João Pessoa in Brazil, hopes to attract one hundred thousand students from around the world.
There are teams from 45 countries, including the three Roman schools that qualified at RomeCup 2014:
• Democrito Team - Liceo Democrito, Rome
• Spqr Levis - Itis Galileo Galilei, Rome
• Cardano Robotix Team - Itis Piazza della Resistenza, Monterorondo (Rome).
RoboCup is a social event that can be followed on Facebook, Twitter and YouTube as well as through the Fondazione Mondo Digitale.
