Would you like to become part of the fantastic world of rapid prototyping? The 3D Design and Printing Course will teach you the fundamental elements of solid modelling via Tinkercad, you will learn to use the most widespread software for “slicing” and generate g-code such as Slic3r and Cura, as well as learn about the main tools for managing 3D Cartesian-type extrusion printers such as the Repetier-Host and Pronterface/Printrun printers.
The lessons will include practical applications with a 3D printer, including the use of the most widespread type of control panel for 3D printers based on Marlin firmware.
The course will begin on Friday, October 31 for 8 2-hour meetings (7-9 pm). Maker Ferdinando Miraglia will hold a course on 3D Design and Printing at the Phyrtual Innovation Gym Fab Lab.
