On Friday, the young ambassadors of Project Factor J, developed in collaboration with Janssen Italia, will participate in the first lab on Science Fact Checking, one of the novelties of the second edition of the educational programme [see news: Adolescents and the Pandemic].
Coaches Nicoletta Vulpetti and Valentina Guerrera will involve students in a team challenge to learn how to recognise fake news about science.
Our scientific consultant will be Daniel Fiacchini, founder of the Vaccine Information Network (RIF) and coordinator of the workgroup on Communications for Public Health at the Società italiana di Igiene Medicina preventiva e Sanità pubblica (SITI), one of the scientific associations supporting Factor J.
