Network Strategies

Networking is a model that is deeply rooted in Italian economic and social culture and only appeared at a later date in management schools. Designing networks with the Business Model Canvas (BMC) methodology during a start-up phase or restructuring them for development and innovation is the focus of the event designed by Open Hub.

An entire day was dedicated to the BMC model and the opportunities that it offers. Experts, entrepreneurs, social innovators and other figures operating in both profit and non-profit sectors shared networking strategies and successful procedures for selecting reliable partners and identifying activities and solutions.

The course was held by Patrizia Cinti, Marco Serra, Cinzia Coppola e Carmelo Marra on July 13 at the Phyrtual Innovation Gym.
