Fondazione Mondo Digitale started today November 10th the trailing of the new version of the ENACT game at the high school Marconi in Catania 8.
Around 100 students, coordinated by the school teacher Vincenzina Pastore, participated in the assessment of the new version of the software, developed by Aidvanced, Naples University , Plymouth University, Fundetec and Fondazione Mondo Digitale, challenging their negotiation skills in the role-play on-line game and contributing to the further development of the ENACT Tool to be presented in December at the Educa Berlin Conference. The relationship between the Enact Tool and the negotiation style, along with conflict management skills, will be evaluated again by analysing the correlation of the Enact game profiles with the ones obtained through the ROCI-II (Rahim Organizational Conflict Inventory-II) that (as provided by Rahim’s model) are the following : Collaborating, Accommodating, Dominating, Avoiding and Compromising.
