Tomorrow, September 6, the Rome Istituto Comprensivo Marcello Mastroianni will host "Educational Robotics Activities for First-degree Secondary School.” The course, organised by the Fondazione Mondo Digitale as part of Project “Mid-summer STEM Dream,” won the "Learn STEM in the Summer" Call promoted by the Department of Equal Opportunities.
The double training session for primary and secondary school children will be held by Phyrtual Innovation Gym Coaches Valentina Gelsomini and Lara Forgione. In the morning (8:30 – 12:30), the primary school children will experiment with storytelling by using the Lego WeDo Kit. They will assemble and programme a robot who will act as the protagonist of a story. The secondary school students will participate in a lab during which they will assemble miniature renewable energy robotic plants.
