Aequinet - a network of professionals dedicated to circulating active citizenship practices, innovation and social equality - and the Fondazione Mondo Digitale will develop an active participation and social inclusion programme for youth and elders. The plan is to promote knowledge through digital literacy packages and the use of new technologies and e-government services. Young tutors will help the elders with media education tools such as videos, podcasts and interactive and didactic cartoons. Both the young and the elders will become digital security and social networking experts and will share their experiences on line with the community of digital innovators.
