First-phase testing continues for the MaTHiSiS Educational Platform at the Istituto comprensivo Rita Levi Montalcini.
By recording user data, the platform provides ad hoc exercises and games to improve learning. Movements, posture, and facial expressions are monitored via webcam and Kinect to evaluate the emotional state (frustration, agitation, satisfaction) and attention of the user, and provide ad hoc exercises in real-time to allow optimal learning.
Yesterday, after registering on the platform, 22 children worked on exercises on smartphones and tablets. Testing continues today and tomorrow at the school and at the association.
