Today, from 9 am to 1 pm, the Phyrtual Innovation Gym will host Project “BYE: Build Your Experience” with the Istituto comprensivo Via Nicola Maria Nicolai in Rome. The lab will be held by Coach Lara Forgione.
Last week, Beatrice (9) and Diana (8), students at the Istituto comprensivo Aldo Fabrizi in Rome, participated in the BYE Lab and developed a story with Scratch on the friendship between a dog and cat saved by a fox.
In the video, Beatrice and Diana tell Eleonora Curatola how they created their digital story and learned about constellations with the Google Cardboard visor.
Project “BYE: Build Your Experience” (May 2016 - May 2017) is an initiative by the Fondazione Mondo Digitale financed by Google for Education as part of the Google RISE Awards 2016 Programme, the yearly grant for non-profit organisations, to promote STEM subjects amongst young men and women with less access to the study of technical and scientific subjects.
