Learning Is a Responsibility

New School of Internet for Everyone courses begin this week, too, in three declinations: open to all citizens, reserved to certain areas or associations, and dedicated to students.

Four high schools are involved: Tito Livio - Milan, R. Lotti-Umberto I - Andria, C. Facchinetti - Castellanza and G. Giorgi - Brindisi.

Three associations are participating in custom-tailored courses: Parents Association - Mogliano VenetoSelena Italy and Di tutti i colori.

“Learning to surf safely and usefully is something that should interest everyone. Companies, associations and councils must promote this initiative in order to reach the greatest number of people possible, especially elders and adolescents. I believe it is a social responsibility,” explains Tiziana Rubano, Vice-President of Selena Italy, an association that promotes female enterprise. “This is why I believe that it is important to raise awareness on this great opportunity provided by TIM with the Fondazione Mondo Digitale.”

Public and private organisations that wish to enrol their employees in courses should write to ord@mondodigitale.org or contact their regional coordinators.

The project is promoted by TIM in collaboration with the Fondazione Mondo Digitale as part of national programme Operation Digital Risorgimento.
