During the Social Media Week, a team of ten Digital Angels – strong of the experience as tutors in the Telemouse courses – faced the elders strolling in downtown Rome. Two stands were set up in the Galleria Alberto Sordi and in Piazza Fiume.
The students manning the stand come from the liceo scientifico Francesco D’Assisi that is twinned with the Sandro Pertini elderly centre in Via degli Aceri.
At their first public experience outside of the school, the students were assisted by their coordinating teacher Francesco Laurenti and – much to their surprise – Principal Franca Tenaglia who stopped by to support and encourage her students.
