The Fondazione Mondo Digitale has repeatedly indicated the tecnical-industrial Albert Einstein Institute in Rome as a model for its educational proposals. Now, this institute receives further recognition for its work promoting education on issues related to social inclusion and equal opportunities.
On Wednesday March 4, the President of the Province of Rome, Nicola Zingaretti, will present the institute with an award for the DVD entitled “Stop Violence Against Women” produced by students as part of the Sound and Images Project coordinated by Prof. Maurizio Pierantozzi. The competition was organised by Solidea to promote the most efficient messages on the issue of violence against women.
The event will also feature the participation of the guests of the Centro Enea, the multi-purpose structure for the reception and integration of refugees, political asylum seekers and beneficiaries of subsidiary protection.
Students from around the world will provide entertainment, featuring improvisation on percussion instruments.
