Walking day with Peer Sharing – Extended Educational Community
The Fondazione Mondo Digitale is a partner of the Peer Sharing - Extended Educational Community project, which employs a multilevel strategy and a series of actions to strengthen community identity and services in Rome’s Municipio VII, and especially in its most marginal areas.
The project, coordinated by the Permanent Forum for Distance Support - ForumSaD, is supported by the Educating Communities Call, promoted by social enterprise Con i bambini.
The first appointment will be on the "Walking Day" and includes a walk around the Municipio VII in the Cinecittà, Parco degli Acquedotti, and Statuario area. The event is organized in collaboration with the ARCE Network and Sentiero Verde on Sunday, October 15. The walk will begin at 9.30 am in Piazza di Cinecittà 11, in front of the Town Hall. Registration must be done by completed by using the online form.
The Peer Sharing - Extended Educational Community project particularly concerns the area of Rome’s Municipio VII to strengthen community spirit and the rooting of all the subjects who live and work in the area: citizens, institutions, associations, and local organizations. During the walk, there will be readings, historical explanations, and music, to delve deeper into the places that will be visited.
The walk is free and open to everyone.
