On January 21-22, Project ENACT (Enhancing Negotiation Skills through On-line Assessment of Competencies and Interactive Mobile Training) partners will meet in Ankara for a two-day meeting organized by the Turkish Ministry of Youth and Sport.

Partners will discuss the development of software that employs intelligent agents as virtual user counterparts and a methodology to to develop an on-line game for self-learning that can be used both in collaborative learning and traditional learning environments.
Over the course of the coming months, FMD will involve schools in Rome in the development of this software by organizing pilot tests of the game with students.
On January 22, the Turkish Ministry of Youth and Sport will promote a dissemination event to present the game demo to stakeholders. The demo integrates a psychological negotiation model that evaluates negotiation and communication skills (see programme).
Project ENACT is based on:
• Development of an on-line game that simulates a psychological negotiation model;
• Development of an intelligent tutor to automatically evaluate negotiation skills;
• Collection of information on needs and expectations of target groups;
• System testing with target groups to fine-tune the software and evaluate its quality, usability and efficacy.
