The Global Junior Challenge / Smart & Heart Cities multi-event underway in Rome (October 27-30) will also host an original workshop organized by Project MLearn.
Tomorrow, the Phyrtual Innovation Gym at the Rome Città Educativa will host a workshop (10 am – 1 pm) for students and teachers to experiment together with new mobile technologies for teaching and learning.
Project M-LEARN - Training Teachers to use mobile (hand held) technologies within mainstream school education has been implemented as part of the Comenius lifelong learning programme. The project involves 6 partners from four counties.
The aim of the 30-month project (October 2013- March 2016) is to integrate mobile learning or mlearning in initial teacher training, in-service teacher training) and continuous professional development programmes for teachers in the four partner countries (England, Greece, Italy, the Netherlands).
The Istituto comprensivo A. Rosmini, a pilot school in the experimentation of new mobile technology, is one of the schools animating the laboratory.
