A report on two years of activity at the Innovation Gym.
The Special Commission on Technological Innovation and Digitalisation for Rome’s Municipio Roma XI, headed by Enrico Vulpiani, has published the Report on Activities 2022-24 detailing “two years of activities to support innovation, business, training, inclusion, and community.”
Amongst the 13 acts approved, there also is that dedicated to the development of an Innovation Gym (as documented at point n. 8 of the report) developed by three-year programme Smart & Heart Rome [see news: Fearless Robots on the News].
8. Innovation Gym
Thanks to this resolution, we proposed and created, at the Mazzacurati campus of ITC “Fratelli Cervi” and with the support of the Fondazione Mondo Digitale and the innovative vision of Headmaster Marco Di Maro, a Fab Lab, an Innovation Gym where one can learn to think, design, and develop innovation, for children and adults, and completely free of charge.
