Help Desk for Teachers

In order to make sure that no one is left behind during the suspension of didactic activities caused by the coronavirus emergency, the FMD has activated a multi-channel helpdesk on the GoToWebinar Platform. However, questions can also be asked via the main messaging services such as WhatsApp and Telegram.

 

The objective of the help desk service is not only to provide support to teachers, but also to create a forum for debate in which to share experience and activate peer help. The educational channel also includes a mini blog on education to post about tools, ideas, good practices, etc.

  

The webinar starts today – Thursday, March 12 (5-6 pm) – with the first help desk session. The activities are coordinated by Valentina Gelsomini, Senior Educator at the Fondazione Mondo Digitale.
