The new Grandparents on the Internet pilot course, which is underway in Jesi in the Marche Region, presents new surprises.
Enrolment in the first digital literacy course for elders in the Marche was so numerous that the course was split into two courses. Forty-four elders in two classes of 22 each will be assisted by 30 tutors and 2 coordinating teachers, Giuliana Mazzarini e Fabrizio Rosciolini, from the Leonardo da Vinci Scientific Lyceum in Jesi (Ancona).
The first lesson, which was held on March 16th, revealed the surprise: the tutors directed the two-hour lesson from a director’s booth! Listen to Giuliana Mazzarini describe the first “assisted” lesson.
