The network of organisations committed to allowing young men and women to begin their professional career continue to grow around the world.
Today, we share the initiative fielded by Fondazione Generation Italy, an organisation that we met as part of Ambizione Italia for Youth. Since 2018, the Foundation provides free training courses to introduce young men and women to the working world. Generation programmes aim to help talent emerge through training that brings together soft skills (behavioural and motivational aspects) and the technical skills required by the job market.
The courses are organised as a bootcamp, privileging experiential activities, role games and labs. Moreover, they are short and usually last 4-12 weeks. Each participant is guaranteed at least one interview in a company.
