The challenges of the RomeCup are not meant only for technically-skilled robot-makers … The team from the Liceo Scientifico Touschek in Grottaferrata is proud to participate in the event, notwithstanding the fact that it is a newbie to robotics.
Elisa and Andrea, students at the school, explain the difficulties they encountered during the last edition and how they are preparing for this year’s contests at the Rome “Campus Bio-Medico” University and at the Campidoglio on April 16-18, 2018.
Their attack and defence robots will participate in the Soccer Category Competition. And there is great enthusiasm and curiosity for this new challenge. The Robotics Lab activities are coordinated by Professor Giuseppe Basile [see news: "Touschek’s Robot Makers"].
