The evening before International Women’s Day, the Italian Representation of the European Commission has organised #FocusDonna, an initiative that will provide greater space to those, who like the European Union, believe in women and their abilities, working day after day to promote female talent and the importance of women in society.
The #FocusDonna Event, moderated by Monica Setta, TV anchor and host, will also feature:
•Beatrice Covassi, Head of the Italian Representation to the European Commission;
•Mirta Michilli, Director General, Fondazione Mondo Digitale, for #SheMeansBusiness and the Promotion of Female Talent in the Digital Sector
•Francesca Jones, Executive Director & Founder, Dress for Success Rome, a non-profit organisation that helps women looking for jobs by helping them manage job interviews.
#FocusDonna will be held next Wednesday, March 7, at Spazio Europa on Via IV Novembre 149 from 4:00 to 6:30 pm. From 5-5:30, there will be a networking cocktail during which participants will have the opportunity to donate clothes to non-profit Dress for Success.
