Yesterday, the “Lab – Science in Class” pages of daily La Repubblica reported on the students at IIS Galileo Ferraris in Scampia, robotics lovers and long-time RomeCup participants.

 

Tina Simoniello interviewed Mirko and Salvatore, the designers of a drone with a parachute that was presented at RomeCup 2017, and their Professor, Carmine Nasti [see news: #RomeCup Backstage]. Manuel Bartoletti produced the prototype infographic.

 

Our school is located in a difficult neighbourhood with many families. And studying is not always easy for the students, as in many other contexts. This is why, concludes the professor, they are so determined, full of energy and desire to succeed.
