Everyone on Internet
4th Digital Literacy Week
March 30 - April 3,2009
With Everyone on Internet, schools open up to citizens of all ages, but especially the elderly. Grandparents, tutors and teachers, who have participated in the Grandparents on the Internet initiatives, invite everyone back to school to learn the abc of computers and how to use the on-line services of the public administration.
The first edition of this initiative took place on March 27-31, 2006 and took place in collaboration with the elderly centres of Rome. The second edition in 2007 was held from April 16-20 and involved more than 50 schools and a thousand citizens, while the third edition (19-23 May 2008), featured the participation of over 60 Roman schools from every district in the city.
