The European Commission is promoting a European Robotics Week (via the euRobotics Project) to promote Robotics throughout Europe.
The 2011 edition will be held from November 28 to December 4. The various events (open labs, conferences, exhibitions, movies, courses, etc.) will be held in a range of European cities and will be advertised on the project site and through other media. The Genoa Robotics School will coordinate all activities in Italy.
The Robotics School was one of the first signatories of the Network Agreement – promoted by the Fondazione Mondo Digitale - for the creation of a national, long-term strategy for educational robotics. Currently, 44 Italian organisations have undersigned the agreement.
