The European House-Ambrosetti has prepared a research paper on 21st Century Education – The Key to Re-launching Italian Competitiveness for HP Italy. The report investigates what characteristics a modern educational system must have to guarantee a democratic education, provide tools that lead to employment and raise informed citizens.

The research project, which was presented on September 6 at the Forum di Cernobbio, was lead by a guiding committee formed by Esko Aho (former Finish Prime Minister), Enrico Giovannini (former Italian Labour and Social Policy Minister) and Francesco Profumo (former Italian Minister of Education, University and Research).
Alfonso Molina, Professor of Technology Strategy at the University of Edinburgh and Scientific Director of the Fondazione Mondo Digitale, was one of the 50 experts interviewed for the report.
