4 Weeks 4 Inclusion, the greatest B2B event dedicated to inclusion, will be held from October 22 to November 22. The second edition will feature the participation of 200 companies to promote diversity and inclusion through a rich programme of digital events dedicated to the 700,000 employees of partner companies, including the Fondazione Mondo Digitale.

 

Eight particularly significant events will be streamed live to promote an interdisciplinary debate with representatives from institutions, the business community and trade unions.

On October 22, the inaugural day, the main appointment is "Inclusion Stories" (12:00) that will address the issue of social and economic development starting from company inclusion policies. Political authorities and business personalities will be invited to the plenary session, including Roberto Fico, President of the Chamber of Deputies; Elena Bonetti, Minister for Equal Opportunities and Family; Salvatore Rossi, President, TIM; Laura Nurra, Human Resources Director, American Express Italia; Ernesto Ciorra, Head of Innovability at Enel and Paola Angeletti, Chief Operating Officer at Intesa Sanpaolo.

 

The event will be preceded by the "Companies On-line" talk show during which HR managers from Avio Aero, Barilla, Snam and TIM, will present the initiative and indicate the objectives of this vast intracompany collaboration. The day’s works will end in the afternoon with “Equal because Different” at 5:00 pm to address inclusion in the working world and the role of trade unions. Participants will include Maurizio Landini, Secretary General, CGIL; Luigi Sbarra, Secretary General, CISL and Pierpaolo Bombardieri, Secretary General, UIL.

 

Guests and speakers will alternate for four consecutive weeks, producing a choral narration of stories on inclusion and sharing good practices, models and tools to promote diversity.
