The Index of Readiness for Digital Lifelong Learning, edited by CEPS and Grow with Google, will be presented today in Rome at the Institute for Competitiveness (I-COM).
Starting from an analysis of the current learning digitalisation trends in Europe, policy recommendations are shared at the European and national level and discussed with participants. Mirta Michilli, Director General of the Fondazione Mondo Digitale, has been invited to participate in the debate.
The objective of the study is to raise awareness on the opportunities provided by the digitalization of education and the job market, which are still not sufficiently employed by Europeans.
The index is based on three composite indicators developed by the research team to capture the various dimensions of digital learning:
- Results of Individual Learning
- Availability and Use of Digital Learning
- Institutions and Policies for Digital Learning
