The end of term party at the Rome "I.Kant" School included the presentation of awards to the best projects completed during the school year, including Project Digital Bridge, a technological bridge with Cameroon on which students have been working for two years.
The Head of the Digital Bridge Project in Cameroon and President of LATS (Lebialem Association for Twining of Schools) Martin Nkafu was also present at the event together with Mariana Kinyuy, the Cameroon project coordinator, whom the students met during their last trip to Fontem.
“Digital bridge is not only a project that helps our children to communicate”, says Mariana, “but also a heart link. Since this exchange began amongst young Italians and Africans, there is a new reality in each of them.”
