Besides the permanent Thursday appointment (5-6 pm), we are organising other specific help desk sessions to help those facing particularly complex challenges, like primary school teachers.
During the first appointment on Monday from 2:30 to 3:30 pm, teacher Cristiana Zambon and a colleague will explain how they conducted school activities via Telegram, YouTube and e-mail. There will then be a Q&A session on didactic, logistic and technological issues with the help of Valentina Gelsomini.
Cristiana Zambon has a degree in Education. She currently works as a primary school teacher and is a digital animator, blogger and coach for the Fondazione Mondo Digitale. She shares experiences that blend innovation and tradition with arts, technology and didactic content on her YouTube Channel. Cristiana organises educational meetings on innovative didactic activities and creative labs for children and teachers. She was a speaker at FlipNet and ForumPA, where she is considered one of the Innovating Teachers. She co-authored Alfabetiera, which is both a book and an app . She has received various awards for her creative use of new technology for didactic activities
