Today – Thursday, Sept. 17 – is the World Health Organisation’s World Patient Safety Day 2020. In the context of the extraordinary Covid-19 emergency, this year the theme is “Health Worker Safety: A Priority for Patient Safety” [see World Patient Safety Day 2020].
Although the Fondazione Mondo Digitale is not a health organisation, we still feel committed to collaborating on safety for cures and health operators in Italy. This is why in the midst of the Covid-19 emergency, we contributed to the production or respirators, visors and masks to donate to health workers [see news: Masks Against the Virus, Protective Visors and Makers and the Emergency] . And now, with Project Factor J, we are raising awareness amongst the new generations on the issues of health and the common good.
