The Fondazione Mondo Digitale presents:
- Participation in the Cultural Life of Italy - Tullio De Mauro and Adolfo Morrone
- Towards a Democratic Knowledge Society in Italy and Towards a Democratic Knowledge Society in Rome and Lazio - Alfonso Molina
These two new research projects take a completely new angle and provide a complete photograph of Italian reality, bringing critical issues and resources under the magnifying lens.
Snapshots documenting performance in various sectors have been harmonized and examined in a homogenous context. These precious tools will allow researchers to interpret Italy - as it changes – and to identify the strategies that will be capable of creating a universal knowledge society.
The meeting will feature the participation of scholars, politicians, technicians and experts. Tullio De Mauro and Alfonso Molina, the authors of the two research papers, will open the meeting. Luigi Spaventa, Professor Emeritus at the Rome La Sapienza University will also participate in the works.
