Digital competences are necessary in all areas of our lives, social and personal, work and free time, and in both the public and private sector. The main objective of the development of digital competences is to improve citizenship.
The Italian version of the Manifesto for Enhancing Digital Competences Across Europe promoted by All Digital, the organisation representing the most important European networks addressing new technology [see news: Competences and Citizenship].
The manifesto can be consulted on-line or printed out and folded into a brochure by following the instructions.
