The collaboration between the "Audiovisual Production Centre" of the Department of Philosophy, Communications and Performing Arts at the “Roma Tre” University and the Fondazione Mondo Digitale has led to the development of a master course on "New Professions: Cinema and Audiovisuals. Visual Effects, Virtual Reality, 3D Graphics, 3D Animation, Colour Correction, Editing and Sound Mixing for Fiction and Documentaries."

Access to the master course requires a first level academic degree, university degree or other foreign degree recognised by current legislation. Applications must be presented by January 10, 2018. At least 10 students are required to activate the course, which will begin on February 5, 2018 and end on January 31, 2019.

The objective of the master course is to provide high-level education based on the interaction between the world of academia and that of audio-visual production, with a particular focus on advanced, innovative and technological post-production.

For the entire length of the course, students will be able to take advantage of the digital environments at the Phyrtual Innovation Gym, exchange ideas and opinions with movie directors and professional movie makers, and visual effects and 2D/3D specialists; moreover, they will be able to develop projects to present to the market and have an experience that will provide them with a full experience to invest on the job market.
