AUSER Guidelines

Here are the guidelines published by Auser, an association of volunteers and social promotion, with which we have been collaborating for many years on the digital and functional literacy of elders and an active aging.

“The coronavirus epidemic is putting the entire country to the test and especially the areas in the North where the contagion began and has developed extensively,” explains national President Enzo Costa. “the only thing that we do not need is alarmism and useless tension. This is why we are clearly indicating and recommending our national guidelines”:

  • Our offices will not be closed;
  • All desk and phone services remain active;
  • Social transport continues to remain active an agreement with local authorities and avoiding all red areas as well as providing tools for prevention (masks, gloves, gel) for our volunteers;
  • We are currently suspending all social activities: dances, parties, meetings, etc.;
  • Popular universities in areas that are not at risk will remain open and follow the guidelines published by local authorities;
  • Avoid long trips, especially outside of your region;
  • We are we are suspending all social tourism towards the areas that have been defined as at risk;
  • Our social health centres remain open.

these are the suggestions that presidents must adhere to along with all measures passed by local authorities. All decisions must be made collegially to promote the common good.
