The Ital.IA Lab video course for those working in the public sector is now available
Those working in the Public Administration now have a new tool to update their skills on artificial intelligence applications: Ital.IA Lab, the on-demand IA4PA video course developed in collaboration with Microsoft Italia.
With only 150 minutes of flexible training, PA employees, both at central and local level, can explore how to improve the efficiency and accessibility of public services through AI.

The video course, available free of charge on the FMD Academy platform, offers a modular programme that explores
- automation of administrative processes
- increased personal productivity through generative AI tools
- innovative solutions for interaction with citizens
- transparency and security in public governance.
Using a practical approach and concrete examples, the course also illustrates applications already in use in sectors such as finance and healthcare, analysing opportunities, limitations and ethical implications.
Flexibility and added value
Participants can access content at any time from smartphones, tablets or computers, adapting learning to their own pace. Moreover, thanks to the collaboration with theUniversity of Roma Tre, the video course includes a final test to obtain a recognised micro-certification, perfect to enrich the curriculum.
