There is no Freedom as a Refugee
The drama of the Saharawi People, refugees since 1975
The meeting will feature presentations by Matteo Mennini, Vanni Intini e un groups of Saharawi children hosted by the Bambini+Diritti Association.
The Bambini+Diritti Association has taken this fight for self-determination to heart: the Saharawi People have been living as refugees in the south of Algeria since 1975 when Morocco occupied the Western Sahara.
The Bambini+diritti Association and the Fondazione Mondo Digitale have created the Digital Bridge, un ponte tecnologico con il popolo Saharawi Project.
