This week’s appointments dedicated to the school community, including parents and grandparents, with the following projects: Ambizione Italia for Youth, CS First, OpenSPACE, Smart & Heart Rome, Social Hosting Hub and Be Internet Awesome.
The course on Tools and Strategies for Inclusion and the Integration of Newcomers to Italy (NAI), organised by Mondadori Education and Rizzoli Education for teachers continues. The course aims to help teachers in all schools and at all levels with the development of plans and strategies for the integration and inclusion of new foreign students, providing a complete overview of their specific needs, strategies for intercultural education, and concrete indications for the development of differentiated courses and inclusive and compensatory measures, with particular reference to linguistic disadvantages.
Ambizione Italia for Youth courses are dedicated to young men and women, as well as older workers, seeking professional requalification.
We also would like to remind you of the playlist with micro-learning modules, developed to increase learning opportunities at any time and in any place, is now on-line, as part of Programme Job Digital Lab, promoted with ING Italia.
Amongst this week’s events, there will be the first meeting of Project I Have an Idea!, promoted by NGO “Room to Read” and the inauguration of the Innovation Gym in Casal Monastero, as part of Project Smart & Heart Rome. The appointment is tomorrow from 3-5 pm [see news: For a Smarter City].
On Friday, May 20 (10-12), a delegation from the European University of Rome will visit the Innovation Gym. The delegation is composed by Luigi Russo, Coordinator of the Degree Programme in Primary Education, Luigia Palmiero, Tutor for trainees and professors of Psychology, Paolo Aghemo, tutor and organizer of the Single-cycle Degree Programme Primary Education.
