The Secretary General of Cgil, Guglielmo Epifani, and a delegation of trade union representatives met the President of the House of Representatives, Gianfranco Fini, to deliver the popular initiative bill on the right to permanent learning that has already received 130,000 signatures.
Tullio De Mauro, the first signatory of the bill, was also present at the meeting.
