WHAT I DO: I work in communications: I manage social media, plan strategies and create content ranging from videos for social media and interviews for YouTube to news for the website. With social media I amplify the stories that bring our projects to life: each post, video or news item is not just content, but a window onto the human and social value of what we do. Through a careful strategy and authentic communication, I try to give a voice to the protagonists, highlighting the impact that their actions have in reality. Social media thus become a powerful tool for creating connections, stimulating dialogue and building a community that doesn't just listen, but actively participates in change.

WHAT I DREAM OF: embracing Kairos, the time of the opportune moment, of the present experienced with spontaneity and awareness, that ‘due time’ in which words are heard without misunderstanding, a unique opportunity in which everyday life manifests itself in its most authentic essence. Empathy also requires the ‘right time’, that delicate balance in which the space of the other meets our ability to understand, without anticipating or delaying what needs to be communicated. I dream of a time lived with this quality, in which every moment is a gift to discover, connect and grow.

MY WORD: kindness, empathy, team.
I have a degree in International Relations from the University of Bologna and have always worked in the world of communications. It wasn't me who chose this path, quite the opposite. As Totò joked in Le motorizzate, sometimes we don't look for work, but work looks for us.

I believe that each of us has a hunger for stories: listening to them, experiencing them and sharing them allows us to find deep connections with others and with ourselves. Words are never simple tools, but seeds that sprout into emotions, ideas and personal growth. Through the experiences of others, we can discover new perspectives, broaden our horizons and build bridges between who we are and what we can become.
