The classrooms open up for over sixties at the Itis G. Galilei. The tutors are computer science students.

The first pilot course of Grandparents on the Internet kicked off today in the Municipality of Santhià, in the Province of Vercelli, a town with just over 9000 citizens. Adults and elderly were back at school for their first day of lessons on Friday, March 19th.

Itis G. Galilei, the only high school in the town, has adhered to the Grandparents on the Internet, a click for togetherness national literacy programme promoted by the Fondazione Mondo Digitale together with Spi-Cgil and Auser.
