In my master's thesis I studied in depth a FMD project as a case study: The role of Social Innovation in the field of education for the most vulnerable students: a comparison between the Italian OpenSPACE and the German Chancenwerk e.V.
WHAT I DO: at the Fondazione Mondo Digitale I follow various projects, especially in northern Italy. My main activities include planning, implementing and monitoring projects, ensuring that the set objectives are achieved and always looking for something new!
WHAT I DREAM OF: my dream is that my work leaves a concrete mark on people's lives: a catalyst for change, providing the tools and knowledge necessary to enable others to reach their full potential. Teaching has been part of my career, and I have always acted with the belief that true success is measured by the positive change you are able to generate in others.

Fifteen years as a top-level competitive athlete taught me that, whatever the discipline, the number and origin of the participants or the level of competition, everyone starts from the same line, on the same platform. This awareness, together with my passion for digital education as a means of transformation and emancipation, has led me to firmly believe in the levelling power of digital technologies applied to different areas of life. Just as in a sports competition, everyone should have the same opportunities in the digital world to develop their skills and achieve their goals. The Fondazione Mondo Digitale represents for me the opportunity to contribute to creating a level playing field, where everyone can ‘compete’ on equal terms and realise their potential.
