WHAT I DO: I'm a Project Officer and I'm responsible for implementing projects financed mainly by large ICT companies, to improve people's digital skills. I manage training events aimed at a diverse audience, coordinating trainers and monitoring activities to ensure that they are carried out according to the expected standards and within the agreed timeframes. I also collect and analyse participant feedback to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of the programmes and make any improvements to future courses and programmes.

WHAT I DREAM OF: achieving ever higher professional goals, in line with my passions and my abilities. I want to live a peaceful, balanced life, dedicated to myself, my work and my children. I constantly strive to grow both personally and professionally, trying to be a positive role model for my daughters and showing them that it is possible to realise your dreams with determination and passion.

I graduated with honours in Media, Digital Communication and Journalism from La Sapienza University of Rome in 2017, with a thesis analysing the Press Office of the National Research Council (CNR). After starting my professional career at the Foundation, I decided to study organisational aspects in more depth in 2023 with a Second Level Master's Degree in Human Resources and Organisation at the Guglielmo Marconi University, which I completed with a grade of 110/110.
