Starting yesterday, 15 Enel employees with a range of different professional profiles are following a training programme at the Phyrtual Innovation Gym: two days of lab activities to promote personal, relational and organisational alignment.
The first day of training touched on various learning environments – from the Robotics Lab to the Activity Centre – with team-building, problem solving and leadership activities. Moreover, participants were introduced to MTa Learning and the Lego Serious Play, as well as immersive tools.
Today, the morning will be dedicated to the Personal Ecosystem Canvas developed by Alfonso Molina, Scientific Director of the Fondazione Mondo Digitale. In the afternoon, the course will move to the digital manufacturing lab to develop a team company totem. This will be followed by a Job Shadowing session to allow the younger employees to select a reference mentor in the company from whom to learn about work methodologies, business meeting management, leadership, etc.
