Last Friday, a group of students from ITT Livia Bottardi, chaperoned by Professor Maria Antonietta Fortuna, worked in the Phyrtual Innovation Gym Fab Lab [see news: Digital Education].
For an entire morning, Coach Matteo Viscogliosi, a designer and maker, helped the students design their project ideas and then develop them with digital manufacturing equipment in the lab. In the coming weeks, they will participate in a mini-hackathon challenge with other students.
Thanks to the community that gravitates around the Phyrtual Innovation Gym and Project eSkills4Change, the Fondazione Mondo Digitale organises original aggregational events, both in and out of school, to help
young people to experiment and rapidly acquire, in an experiential manner, a mental attitude towards change, as well as the fundamental competences necessary to resolve problems in a creative and innovative manner by understanding the strategic role of digital competences in any context.
