Today, the Phyrtual Innovation Gym will host the Phyrtual Factory youth self-enterprise accelerator multiplier event for Project Path to a Job, financed by the Erasmus + Programme (Strategic Partnership KA2) to promote inclusion and placement of young men and women on the labour market.
What do students learn at school? What are their dreams and projects for the future? What competences do companies require?
While policies and institutions struggle to identify efficient policies to address the challenges posed by the 21st century, enterprise education is a possible strategic answer for the young generations. Enterprise entails the ability to transform an idea into action, to create work rather than just look for it.
